Frits Sample
1972 - April 20, 2000

Frits Sample was a civil engineer for the city of Boulder, CO. He was killed while rock climbing in Bolder Canyon, Bolder, CO.  He is survived by his parents, Russell and Johanna Sample, and his sister, Eltiena Campbell.

The Breck Whitman Memorial Fund (established in 1994) is a special fund within the Lyme Foundation, awarding a monetary gift each year to the Lyme School eighth-grader demonstrating great promise in art.
